Kolzkolnolt [kohlz-kul-nolt] is an important angelic figure in Zevestivan Faith.
Kolzkolnolt roughly translates to "Wearer of Pain", or "One Inside Pain."
Kolzkolnolt is usually portrayed as female and is notable for always being depicted wearing blue, a color often symbolizing pain and evil in Zevestivan culture. It is notable that she, along with Kezkaz, are usually portrayed with upper torsos despite the fact they are only ever described as disembodied heads much like Zoral and Zagophon in many religious texts. Reasons for this common portrayal with torsos is likely to display outfits associated with their color (a blue shirt for Kolzkolnolt, green for Kezkaz).
Role in Zevestivan FaithEdit
Kolzkolnolt is a chief angellic figure that makes several appearances in the Kor Zoridil. Her first appearance was in the Script of Zaga where she told Dakarit that his youngest son would receive the blessing of his mother as opposed to the eldest son ("Do not let my radiance of blue distract you, for it is my burden, I come to tell you that your youngest son will be blessed by his mother, and will triumph over the eldest.") Occasionally Kolzkolnolt will appear alongside Kezkaz. Being recognized as opposite genders, both Kezkaz and Kolzkolnolt are sometimes associated with being husband and wife despite there being no claim in any religious work.
